BAND BIO

Formed in 2007, V/A has changed their original line up to the existing Dave on vocals, Grant on lead guitar, Zach on bass, Ryan on drums and Dom on rhythm guitar. V/A has toured the westcoast and the mid US so far, plans for east-cost and Europe are in the works.

In June of 2009, V/A released their debut EP entitled "Armageddon". It was self released world wide. It has been sold out and is no longer going to be in print.

In June 2010, exactly one year after the release of "Armageddon", Violent Affair released "...Stand Trial" on Charged Noise Music in the US. It will be released in October of 2010 in Europe and November in the US again on Unrepentant Recods and Kids-Union in Asia.

EXPLAIN THE NAME
Violent Affair came from the Self-Destruct song "Violent Affair". We are huge HUGE fans of Self-Destruct, The Unseen and AGT so it only seemed reasonable.

oh sweet. well i kinda feel bad cause i burned your album from someone else that bought a copy of your cd, but i only listen to cassettes and vinyl, so if you press it on vinyl i'll be the first to buy a copy!

the wasteland got shut down, from what i heard they got busted by a undercover cop (again i dont know if thats true) and got in trouble for not having a venue licence, last time i seen gordy was a few weeks ago at a bar and he seemed fine. NFFU travis?

but Denver does, all the bands have broken up, kids are going away, theres no where to play, and no shows come anymore (unless its psychobilly or punk rock n roll)

what's up guys? all is well in the SLC, i'm hoping to get out to OKC next spring, i know it's a long ways away, but i've met soo many cool oklahoma punx i just might have to make a solo trip there for a weekend to hang out! but i tried going to the new website www.violentaffair.com but i can't at my work computer, almost every website is blocked except this one.
