Recipe: Italian Grilled Cheese EASY
So, Just like everyone else I live my life on a budget, so I thought I would use this area to post easy recipes that are really really good....
Heres one for you! 2 slices sourdough bread Roma tomato slices Prepared pesto (its cheaper to buy premade, basil tends to be expensive) Mozzarella cheese Olive Oil Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread, set down a slice of cheese over the pesto, tomatoes in the middle, stick in a pan lightly coated with oil and cook till bread is golden and cheese is melted.
