New music sucks

So Why the hell does new music suck so much. All of my music collection that is worth a damn is atleast 15 years old or older. Have I finally gotten old or does new music really suck. God I hate new music.

Your kid is probably going to say the same thing once he is pushing 30. His favorites will be what all us "older" people think sucks.

actually lately I've been thinking kind of the opposite, most of the stuff I've been listening too is from the 90s or 2000s.

You're not getting old, Punk Rock is! Christ, The group members of Punk Rock bands are way older than we are; they started out in the late '70s and early to mid '80s. We were just kids when they were already adults.

I agree, this new stuff (Modern Rock) isn't as good as Punk Rock was, but this is an entirely new generation of music. Even the 1990's grunge music had a better beat than this new stuff.
