Buddah was an anarchist. having lived as a prince and being catered to by the serfs of his princedom, he realized the rules he was born unto were condemning other living creatures to support his survival. Buddah found Nirvana, a place without eternal condemnation.
I like this...an order we don't understand...that we are subservient to...like what a DMT trip would show us...very interesting...the order/chaos on the scale of the vast interconnected biosphere which we are but a small part of...
I think it used to work. back in hunter gather societies. then humans started to be farmers. then capitalism where taking over. now it wont work. because it needs to be worldwide or a strong nation that can defend it self against other countries taking over .,
but its the natural way to do it. nothing natural about capitalism for sure. maybe something else would be even better.. I am just way too tired to think of all that.
I always been into thoughts like this http://greenanarchy.org/ however socialism also seems to be a good option. it will work once people figure out we have to find a other way than capitalism.

many others have said this but I'll say it again. On paper, socialism works very well on paper, but when put to the test, governments tend to abuse their power and screw everything up for everyone else. and we actually aren't even a capitalist society anymore. We live in more of an oligarchy I guess one could say. Everything is basically owned by large businesses and controlled by the mass media. They give the people what they want, and it makes them happy. which is distracting and sort of begins to eliminate meaning from anything with pointless characters such as lady gaga or anything you can find on mtv for that matter. So I guess you could say that this has created an "existential void" as my friend would call it. If we were in a true capitalist state, everything would be based off of value and with value would come true meaning into america. So no, socialism is not the answer and as a matter of fact capitalism would actually help.

when you say socialism you can mean more than one thing. I am against you know....
so why be a socialist then ? I vote for a socialist party because I agree with them and because they do what is best for our country. instead of the right wing motherfuckers we had for the last ten years who will ban my fucking cactus and stop at nothing to control the people just like above regime (Russia ) you think of when you hear the word socialism.
actually I am not entirely a socialist . I am somewhere what leaning towards a tribal community with respect for nature like in the old days. pre socialism some people see it as. others as a anarchy of some sort. not sure what to call it. but I do not want a government to meddle with anything I do.
so...I think it will work on other things than just paper.
What? Vote??? What? And... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! The worst of two evils...systemic organization/movement building and party lines coupled with liberal greenwashed bullshit...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! THE HORRROR!!!!! THE HORROR! THE TYRANY OF THE LEFT!!! RUN AND HIDE!!!! AAARRGGGHHHH!!!

Ok. I'm only like 15. But I don't think you understand what socialism is. Have you heard of this country called China? (yes that was sarcasm) Socialism means that the people own nothing (no private property, possessions, or even their own job) the government has complete control over everything and owns everything. Socialism is the kind of thing that leads to oppression. Capitalism would create necessary competition between businesses and would actually lead to a choice of the people. People can create their own lives within capitalism.
