Default cheap band patches UK

anyone know any places to get cheap patches from in the UK?

make em yourself. a thrift store tshirt is dirt cheap and can make 5-20 patches depending on size.

I either make them or use ebay. Found a lot of cheap ones on there.

You'd probably want to use an old pair of jeans instead. The material will last longer than that of a t-shirt.

actually i've had more problems with denim patches. unless the stitching goes really far back into the patch, the edges always fray on me and then come loose from the stitching. plus old jeans are usually faded so you don't get as much crisp contrast on the image.

Finger nail acrylic or super glue on the edges will help with the fraying.

i'd never considered that. will it dry clear and unnoticable, or be shiny and/or flaky on the edges?
