Necrophilia is a condition where you're actually aroused by corpses. So I'd say if you didn't realise they were dead and finished up anyway then you're fine. Hell, I'd even say if you realised they were dead, finished anyway but weren't actually turned on by the fact that they're dead then you're fine there too
