High School wrestling

Yep, but MMA got me introduced to wrestling my sophmore year after my uncle got me intrested freshman (uncle went to state in iowa ( big deal here where wrestling is religion))

im from canada so in most schools hockey is religion haha

Dude i've never played hockey (ice). I've played field hockey but I prefer soccer. (football/Futbol) idk what you call it.

i played plenty of ice hockey when i was younger, never on a team, always on a frozen pond or lake with friends. i really dont like hockey though. like all of north america its called soccer here

Eh my family is form Mexico and it's Futbol there.. but then again they have spanish.
And hockey is kinda looked at as a *uhem* ***** sport here..

you can spell swear words here....i can only guess what you meant to say, but if you meant a pussy sport, most people think that till they get slammed into a wall by someone skating full speed or get punched in the face by someone wearing a hard glove.......i dont like hockey or any other sport but hockey is a very painful game at times

yeah got taht right. Everyone thinks wrestlings 'gay', till they get put into abunch of moves
that hurt to the point of you wanting to give up and give into someone elses overwhelming force.

haha yeah i know what you mean, i used to get picked on a lot when i was in wrestling, but the same time i was in wrestling i was also in boxing and karate so the teasing stopped pretty quickly haha

Wrestling teaches great Humility. Kids can go in thinking there the next Billy Bad Ass and walk out crying. (seen it happen). We train till (today i fell walking out cuz my legs gave way), till we can't no more. It teaches you there's always a way out, but you have to work for it, and it can always get worse

oh ive seen it happen before too....it was really hard for me because i was a fat kid so in competition i was wrestling guys a lot older and more experienced because i was in the same weight class as them
