i all ready know i don't want the health care the government offers for free (organ and memory damaging pharmaceuticals) if prostitution is legalized and the government forces hookers to put out for free... i'm not getting near that. eww.

It was very clear in the story that the woman who filed the complaint worked as a maid at the hotel he was staying at. She reported the incident to the hotel management who then contacted the police.

Not really. With the exception of Paula Jones' accusations against Pres. Clinton, I can't remember any Democrats or Republicans on the national level being accused of rape. I can think of lots of politicians who've cheated on their wives (like Newt Gingrich, Sen. John Ensign, John Edwards, etc.) with other women. And several conservative Republicans and evangelical ministers who've been caught with young men.

Prostitution is legal in Amsterdam and they have a very low sex crime rate.
Guns are illegal in Britain and we have less gun crime.
Sometimes 2 plus 2 really does equal 4.

But rapes is rape whether you're a rich motherfucker or on benefits. If he's guilty I hope he gets fucked in prison.

If he's not it'll turn out to be an attempt to discredit him before the next election as he's quite popular and standing on a Socialist ticket.

And yet nothing you have shown supports your claim that legalizing prostitution increases the suicide rate. I am not saying prostitution is a glamorous profession. Many people are sold into prostitution via the sex trafficking trade. That is wrong. But because prostitution is illegal in many places when these women go to the police to complain about being sold into prostituion they are arrested. Nothing is done about the pimps and people involved in the sex trafficking industry. There are also many people who resort to prostitution as a way to earn money when they have no other choice. That is unfortunate as well.

Then you go off on a nonsensical rant about love and how I don't care about abused women. It made my brain hurt.
