Being from the land of 24 hour buffets, I know the pleasures and perils of the "all-you-can-eat" experience. The Green Valley Ranch has a high-rated buffet which I enjoy alot. I've seen the kitchens of the chinese buffets, and you won't catch me eating there...:eek:

Indian buffet rules. I was so happy to find Indian restaurants in the twin cities. Went to one a few weeks ago and it was good eatin'. In San Francisco Bay Area, where I'm originally from, there are tons of Indian buffets and most of them are pretty damn good.

The only advice I can offer is to beware of all u can eat sushi, sounds like a great idea - it's not.
