Your thoughts on the Warped Tour 08

Punkrockers.com is going to try and have a booth at some of the So Cali shows. Last year we missed the deadline to get in. This year we are just going to hand out free stickers and stuff. We might sell some shirts and hats for really cheap... We will keep you posted if we make it on this year. If we do, come by and say hello. Also, if you are a Pinup model, send me a note if you are interested in helping out with handing stuff out.

Your thoughts on the bands that play? - We heard that bands like: Against Me!, The Bronx, The Devil Wears Prada, and Pierce The Veil are playing this year! Who are they and are they even close to Punk Rock?

the qwarped tour sucks,ands only two bands worth watchin on that list are reel big fish and against me,but against me has started to suck since the drummer decided to start using cymbols,rather catch a local show than waste my money on that mess

the briggs/street dogs/against me! are the only bands i would want to see.

The Briggs are okay I think, havnt listened to any of ther music just saw them at warped last year. But if thats whos playing, im not goin to Warped. Thats a very dissapointing line up, even for the warped tour.

That's not a great lineup at all. For me to go there has to be at least 6 bands I'd like to see or one ultimate favorite.

The Vandals suck. Liked the Stevo stuff, but I personally think Joe Escalante is a douchebag.

Vandals were better when they were raunchy filthy little snots. Now they are just old men pretending to be cool. Shit happens.

What's wrong is there are no original members in the band (Joe was the second drummer, not the first), and also, since Joe grew up to be a bigshot fancy lawyer, he sued the old band for the rights to their songs, and won by default because they couldn't afford to fight back. So he's making cash on songs that were written before he was even in the band. You'll notice that Jackass II, and Vin Diesel's XXX didn't want stuff off the new Vandals albums; they wanted songs that were written by Stevo & Jan, but Stevo, Jan & Human didn't see a dime from it.
