Tenacioud D Review

It's been a while since I've been on this site. So I'm returning w/ a review. I finally got my hands on two of the current Tenacious D albums.

(Album: Tenacious D)

First off let me say I've never laughed so hard while listening to a rock album. A great combo of rock and comedy was a good idea and this makes it stand out in my rock collection.Tracks like Kielbasa, One Note Song, Hard Fucking,Fuck Her Gently Drive-Thru and Inward Singing are hilarious. Jack Black and Kyle Gass make a great pair in this album.

Also it was nice to know that they had a other instruments like drums and other guitars while they made this album because some songs on this album were from their TV show and were acoustic at the time.

Favorite Tracks

Kielbasa, One Note Song, Tribute, Wonderboy, Hard Fucking/Fuck Her Gently,The Road, Lee, Karate, Rock Your Socks

(Album: Pick of Destiny)

If you seen the movie you know the songs on this one. This felt more like a sound track than an album making this my least favorite, but I don't hate it. This album has more metal tone with songs like The Metal, Beelzeboss (The Final Showdown), Car Chase City and Break In City.

It's the time machine. So be aware if someone offers you the opportunity to make a lot of money by investing in hedge funds, run a mile.

[Shipwreck]

'The Pick of Destiny' was a great movie. High-larious! Watch the movie first and then listen to the music. It adds a new dimension.
