Hell, you think the city cares that the person was dead? Oh no! That person was parked illegally, and somebody had BETTER pay that ticket, regardless of weather or not the person was alive.

Well, the article says they voided the ticket. I'm sure they thought that excuses them from ignoring the dead kid. What's the saying.... "only in New York."
