Wearing zombie make up and playing music on an improvised sound system is not sufficient cause to arrest and jail seven people for two days for carrying "simulated weapons of mass destruction":

What constitutes "simulated weapon of mass destruction"? This is entirely fucked up, and a few of these cops should be loosing their jobs.
