Default Too much food?

Do you ever buy a lot of food and somehow cant fit it all in the refrigerator, and/or just have so much that you know some will get old very soon. what do you do with it?
my family gives it to our dog.
my brother made steak for dinner, didnt finish, asked if i wanted the rest and said "ima give it to the dog"
he also gave a buncha leftovers to the dog a few nights ago.
wow, we need to cut down on buying so much food, hmm.

just bored

Yes. My dog eats one nearly rancid thing a day. He fucking loves that shit.

(NO to whatever PETA representative is gonna bitch at me about that. He is NOT abused. I don't give him things that will hurt him like onions, etc. I used to work for a vet)

Onions hurt dogs? Or you just don't like doggy onion breath?
I avoid giving my dog bones that will splinter, chocolate, etc... She hates olives.
I always leave a little something for my dog, or when I go out to eat, I always bring her back a few bites of something.
I had a friend who his father use to cook for his dog every day, rice, potatoes and chicken, the dog lived to be like 20-22 years old. I am sure that is much healthier then the dog food with processed bits of the same thing.

Your dog is a suitble waste disposal unit, in respect to foods that are not harmful to it's digestive track(as Miss Bunny Rabbid stated in the above post!

Although my suggestion is above all get a composter and use the mulch for a very own garden of your own that way when you have an abundance of food stocking up in your refrigerator you won't have to worry about throwing it out because it will be able to be reused for more virtually free food!

There you have it folks free space in the fridge! Buy seeds once a year and save fridge space! haha! So on....

gosh this was so long ago. Let me see if I can remember...my vet had a list of people food not to give your dog and I remember onions being on it. As for the reason, I think that in a certain quantity onions and garlic and the like become poisonous to them? Something about red blood cells exploding?? lol! I swear...let me google this and get back to ya.

Yes. It makes red blood cells explode as they circulate throughout its body.
Here is one site, I didn't check its reputability, but there are several others. I link this one because it had the most info and was solely about onions.
