no you don't. what you want is to keep going until you reach the end of whatever it is you started and finish it.
working in healthcare can be pretty hard . also lots of people in that line of work get to see pain and misery so much they become defensive and this is what causes it.
I worked on a old folks home for a year. they had like struggles that where same as compared with kindergarden among them selves and off they where adults all of them. but one student and she was off course also dragged into this by forcing her to take side.
many people have thought they could help and even save the world. and then found out it was hard on themselves and hard to see all this meaningless suffering and so became fŕustrated and bitter once they found out they could not save the world or even sometimes be allowed to help people because of economy of the place or strict routines or other things that goes with the job.
what I am trying to say is that you can pretty much count on several times having a job within the healthcare section where you meet all sorts of people who never should have been working with people because they are simply not good at it.
and meet people who became bitter defensive stressed and sad and more so for each year because they do not get out of the job once they loose the ability to actually care proper for the patients and take everything out on their co workers.
