.....that tobacco is now regulated by the FDA?? I recently found this out when I worked a program for the R.J Reynolds conglomerate. So is the ATF only the AF now? I was just wondering.

In Canada the gross picture has to be bigger than the brand image of the smokes. I mean, some of them are gross, but it's not stopping anyone from smoking. I'd rather continue to smoke than care about tongue cancer anyways.

ah, I've heard that in Australia they don't let cigg packs have any drawings (design), or smth. like that...in Europe (from what I've seen in Romania) cigg packs have an ultrasonograpic image of a baby above the "smoking causes bla bla bla" sign...can't wait till ciggs get banned indefinitely! (athough that'd be utopia >.>)

Yep we now have plain packages. And the graphic warning pictures are still on them. AND they're not allowed to display them anywhere on shelves in shops. They have to be hidden away from public view.
