Need a new torrent site.

Used to go to Demonoid exclusively because they always had whatever I wanted but they've been down a while.
Kinda worried to just go to some random site and accidently fuck up my computer.
Any suggestions for new safe torrent sites?

Yeah, there's been a lot of that going on lately. People have been running scared ever since the feds went and railroaded Mega Upload last winter! Mediafire's been deleting files like mad, and File Sonic doesn't allow non members to down load anything anymore. I guess your best bet is, if you're looking for something specific is to google what you're looking for and type either "zip" or "rar' at the end, and hope for the best. (A few blogspot sites have also ceased to exist because of this type of house cleaning)

I don't know about safe (torrents aren't illegal in my country), but there's a good site called isohunt.com, it's got a few commercial ad pop-ups, but those aren't much of a problem. also, there's the russian rutracker.org and our moldovan torrentsmd.com, but you have to know either russian or romanian, though I think they have english aswell...

Piratebay, Kat (kickasstorrents) & isohunt are all very good as are both punkoiska & punktorrents. I use Vuze (formerly Azereus) which lets me meta search most of the above sites all at the same time. Demonoid was a good site hope they come back. torrentbox, torrentportal & mininova are pretty good as well but just like any thing you download virus scan it but be aware most AV scans will give a false positve on all keygens not an issue if your only after vids or mp3's
