there's a lot more to good salsa than just heat. i like tomato-and-cilantro heavy salsa, and pineapple salsa, neither of which is usually made very hot.

I like a small amount of cilantro and a medium heat. I'm not big on sweet salsa though I haven't made any and homemade is always better. I bet a little pineapple juice instead of lime juice would be good.
