24 Hour Party People. It's mainly about how British journalist Tony Wilson started the whole Madchester scene that was prominent in the '80's and '90's. It does focus on how punk played a key role in this scene. It's really good-it's the movie that made me a Steven Coogan fan. You won't regret watching it.

Darkman. It has a Danny Elfman soundtrack that sounds just like the music in batman. It came out a year after Batman and I remember it advertised as "the movie batman should have been". Cool Sam Raimy flick.
