Sarah Palin joined the ticket as his running mate. To put this in perspective, the median yearly household income in the United States is $45k. Actually, they're not our dollars - they're RNC dollars (to which I don't contribute).

To the RNC, spending $150,000 on wardrobe and stylists is good politics. Spending it on any of that other stuff would be socialism. Who cares about feeding a family of 4 for 20 years if you can look good for a 6 week campaign.

and the rest I would use to keep the car running well...but that's only if I had an excess of money...for that now...I'd travel and donate and all that stuff. but man. her wardrobe doesn't look like it costs that much.
