Another great buddhist book if youre a punk is "Sit down and shut up" by Brad Warner. That book made me study/ practice Zen Buddhism.

I *know* a Buddhist punk, but I don't think his buddhism and his punk are intimately entwined.

Hardcore Zen and Sit Down and Shut Up by Brad Warner are great books that helped me get into Buddhism, they're great if you're a punk rocker

I think its good thi8ng. I am more into spiritual practice where I based it on the things I learned from native americans. but being meditation and believing in something and praying are good things no matter what path you choose.
