I saw 45 Grave and Smut Peddlers on September 2 for the South Bay Clean and Crazy drug recovery show. It was awesome. Decry and Circle One played, as well. I have to be honest: I saw Battalion play on Saturday night, and it was somewhat disappointing, but I'm willing to give them a second chance

One thing that makes the current lineup of Battalion Of saints great:

a former Rocket From The Crypt member.

Carry on.

B.O.S was dissapointing? really?. I have to be tottaly honest about Circle One.... I grew up listening to them and I saw their new line up...while it was great hearing the classics...it wasnt the same. I still haven't seen Decry, was it good?

Yeah Decry was really good. Sept 2 was my first time seeing them. Then they played a month later at a dive bar, so I went to that. They played with BOS Saturday and played a bit too fast, but it was still good. I guess their original guitarist was in prison for the last 8 years, so now they're making a comeback. Yeah, BOS was disappointing. George was pretty drunk and his vocals were really bad . . . unless I'm just too used to listening to the albums?

That's usualy what happens...you listen to something for so long and so many times that if it sounds any different live it just sounds off and not good. Happens!.
