carbs schmarbs. i dont understand why people think not having them is the key to weight loss. eat what you want, just use good judgement. you can have a piece of cake, just not five pieces of cake, you know? to each their own, but i heart carbs.

hmm, the last cake i made was some chocolate oreo thing. it was pretty good but i used the wrong sized pan so it was kinda flat.

Actually moderation and calorie counting alone does not work. Eliminating or reducing carb and sugar intake as well as limiting saturated fats is the only way to permanently lose weight and keep it off. A cheat day once in a while is not bad, but eating a small piece of cake or candy every day (if you are over 25) WILL prevent you from losing weight
