Okay, so I've decided to avoid strange chemicals that I can't pronounce and various other food processes that are known to be unhealthy. I went to a health food store, everybody looked like they were from the future, and no fatties. Anyhow, I'm 3 days into this new diet, and my depression and anxiety have already greatly diminished. Anybody else on here eat organic?

Not sure about that. I am glad though that the diet you picked is working out for you. It's always nice to feel good.
Avoid jon, he's a corn syrup lobbiest.

Tell that to that mushy area around your waist.

I don't have much of that.

I just have a belly like a pregnant woman. It's all hard and round. Well, not too round... But it sticks out a little bit.

That's from too much corn syrup and wheat.

No, that would be if it was fatty.

I try to eat as much organic as I can. Since I started doing so, I've had a lot more energy over all and I just feel better.

Now, I just need to find the key to getting rid of the band of fat that has taken residence over my stomach. I want those abs I've built up to show.

I used to eat all organic. It never really changed me. I have actually started losing weight since i replaced my granola in the mornings with cinnamin toast crunch. Then again, I stopped eating hot pockets and replaced them with organic veggie burgers... I guess I take the best of both worlds at times.

My health never really was effected by my diet though. It's always reflective of my mood. If I'm depressed i lose weight. If I'm excited about something i stop eating completely, and if I am feeling apathetic i gain weight. Is that weird?
