Jan 2009 T.S.O.L. will be releasing a new album to commemorate 30 years of Punk Rock, The band wants to give back to the people young and old that have supported them all these years, so, the album will be available through Hurley International as a free download,

WHAAAATTTTTTTTTTT?

FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE?

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Until that time you can view the recording process live via streaming video at:

I stopped by the studio today to say hi and got to hear a few snippets, all I can say is WOW!!!, to say that the band has captured the best of T.S.O.L. is an understatement, the guys have put together an album that is as fresh and raw today as was their earliest material 30 years ago, like a fine bottle of wine though, T.S.O.L. is getting better with age.

I dont know to many bands that have weathered as much as these guys have over the years, but I'm glad that after 30 years they can still get up and rock their asses off night after night and record a new album that rivals anything they have done in the past!

Heres to many more years!!!!!!!!!

When are they going to create a profile on PunkRockers.com? ask them that question the next time you see them. I sent them about 2-3 invites asking them to but no response. We would feature them for sure.

I seen them for the 1st time in 1982. I think that was the date. It was at the Fullerton GALAXY

Uh, Why did this thread get moved to the "Self Promotion Talk about your band/plug your mp3 site." T.S.O.L. is not my band, just my old friends, sorry they havent made a band profile here, but they have their own site to maintain, and having to maintain one site I'm sure is hard enough then having to maintain a bunch all over the net on different sites.

I thought that the "General Forum Here is where you talk about everything and anything!"

Rules and Regulations doesnt seem very punk........

That sounds right, Dave and Brian from Rat sound did the sound that night, The stage was about 8ft up in the air, that place sucked, but it was all ages and OC needed it.

On that note, The Galaxy is opening back up not that one, but the one in Santa Ana.........

If I remember correctly, the show was stopped for some sound reasons and then they did it again for free the next day.
