Nothing warms you up more on a cold day than homemade soup. That crap out of the can does not compare. It was so easy to create and I'm enjoying the benefits as I type this. I made something close to a minestrone, and let me tell you....It's awesome. Are any of you into homemade soups?

It's Greek chicken soup that's creamy & lemon-y. It's bitchen, and it will beat the fuck out of any cold trying to live inside your body.

Some might even say that you overuse the word.

crush apples to produce a mulch, place in very large container and cover with a cloth, then leave to allow the natural yeasts to grow or ferment using up all the fruit sugars. once this occurs sieve to leave a liquid which should be store for a fortnight before serving with crusty bread and cheese.
