Pistachio dessert pie thing?

Okay, this stuff was the most delicious dessert I had ever eaten, and I can't remember the name of it.

It is like a little pie, homemade, everything in the middle is this bright neon green with whipped cream over it. The green creme is somehow pistachios mashed in with sugar or something. Regardless, it's the best damn dessert I've ever had.
Any know the name of it or anything?

That doesn't really sound appealing. I perfer to eat my fruits with just some whip cream. Or by themselves is good too

Pistachio pudding is realllly goood though.
I could forgo the whipped cream though. That stuff makes me sick when i eat more than a fingerdab.
