Greetings,
as it relates to my posts on other forums,
I wish to know the routine,
What happens when a crybaby wants to have something censored on a webpage.
Do they file a complaint with a regulatory agency of some kind, does it matter where the server is. Do servers or govt entities have unique policies that allow some buffer time to edit posts.
What goes on?
A site like this should be having blackouts from time to time because of OUTRAGE from the community. I think it might be neglecting its duty to itself and the implied mission statement (PUNK)if it were not being charged with legal problems of some kind on a routine basis.
regarding my introduction post:
1. Wanted to add to my list of liability waver stipulations / possibly a membership fee of one US cent, delivered via mail, for someone to be involved to various extents might keep the complaining down. Im not sure 'm not a licensed lawyer. I have had membership dues instilled in a club i joined recently as a means to avoid a problem defining what membership was.
Lifetime membership 25 cents.
I want info on threads on Internet law, US law and international law related to censorship and delivery of information. I just joined and am still doing stuff. having been involved enough to start going through the various topics.
