You can still be feminine with a mohawk. Cross my heart.
And I still believe that females can do just about anything males can do.

Depends on the individual. I have more respect for girls that have hawks though. I love when a beautiful girl shaves in a mohawk and everyone tells her how pretty she is when she has normal hair. Shows they have some damn integrity.

If a cute girl shaves a hawk she instantly becomes super hot. I love mohawks on females.
My girl once told me when she shaves her head she feels liberation from all the crap her parents and society tries to shove down her throat about "how a girl should act" she wants the attention so she can give back the finger. Maybe she just enjoys giving the finger, I wouldn't put that past her.

Any broad can sport a mohawk.... it looks pretty normal when it's not charged.
Now a chelsea, fringe or both... or a nicely done feathercut. THAT is the key to a mans heart.
Besides, everyone knows skinhead girls are much hotter and tougher (and often smarter) than the punk girls. No offense to anyone, but I speak strictly from experience.
Then again, they've also been known on occassion to be the biggest sluts and friendship ruiners on Earth. Go figure.

>_< I don't know how smart I was to get a chelsea in the fall. I swear it was the coldest winter in Washington that year (I didn't have any real hats)! The only annoy thing about that hair style were the people who'd come up and talk to me. There was this one old guy who told me "Honey as bald and awful as you are I'm sure there's one man out there who will love you for who you are." You know I'm not really sure how this tid bit relates to the conversation but I'm sharing it anyway.

Generally I don't like most girls already because of their manipulating and annoying ways, but then you add a girl who thinks she's all tough simply because she looks like a rooster and it's all the more aggravating.

Then he should have been with someone that had one. Changing the way a person looks is stupid and disrespectful, especially if you met them one way and you personally want them to look different for your own satisfaction. It's selfish.

Because it's a stupid haircut. And most people do it for attention. Thats why every single person who's sported a hawk takes pictures of it. To show off. Or maybe it's because they won't have it for long (which is usually the case).
Or they think it's somehow making a statement , what statement might that be?
And to say all are stupid or bitches is just judgemental. How can you judge a whole group of people by just a few?
I never said the people were stupid or that they were bitches. Their hair is. Not to mention almost all of them are pretentious and have that "holier than thou" attitude. You think I haven't dated guys in the past the hawks, or had friends with them, doesn't mean I like their attention-whore hairstyle.

should it really matter how a person dresses or does thier hair as long as they have a decent level of intelligence and knowledge of what they support. think about that for a few minutes. Just because people shop at Hot Topic doesn't make them posers. It could mean that they just don't feel like taking the time to customize their own attire. it may also just be the plain fact that they have the money to afford those clothes. Hell, i'd shop there if i had the money. Since i don't i just use old hand-me-downs and turn those into something spiffy.

Alright this is completely unfair. I always wanted a mohawk just because I personally love the way it looks. Its like saying getting tattoos and piercings is just a way of getting attention. Would you rather that everyone looked completely alike so that no one would stand out? Sure some people do wear mohawks as a confidence booster. who cares? its no reason to go around saying that its stupid. you know what you sound like? Those old people who sit on their porch telling kids how pathetic they are. Also how do you know that every single person who sports a hawk takes a picture of it. Thats completely false because the only pictures you see of people with mohawks are the ones who take the pictures.
I would also say that getting a mohawk is fun because you get to sport a new hairdo and i know plenty of people feel a lot better when they change their hair. I certainly felt really excited when i chopped off a foot of my hair to see how it would look. you've got some nerve.

Life's not fair. Get over it. Are you actually going to compare tattoos and hair? I can easily cover up my tattoos and feel comfortable. But when you wear your hair in a "normal" fashion it irks you, doesn't it?
It's like comparing apples and oranges. Your argument is asinine.
So a mohawk is a confidence booster? Thats just sad and completely pathetic. What you think you're original or different? Thats just a joke in itself. Thanks for agreeing with me that it is indeed for attention.

lol your completely taking what i said out of context. Im not comparing tattoos to hair. im comparing the attitude taken towards those two additions to physical appearance. I didn't say that a mohawk is an overall confidence booster. i said that some people use it for that reason which is perfectly fine with me. Seems to me that you just like bashing mohawks and at the same time people who do enjoy that hairstyle are being offended. Saying that life is not fair is not a good defence for your sour attitude.
Also saying that once you see one mohawk you've seen them all is rediculous. Thats like saying once you see one painting you've seen them all. You can't just generalize a single group based on your own experience.

Read your post. You said tattoos were another way of getting attention. Having tattoos does not make me feel any different than when I didn't have any.
How the hell does having a mohawk give you confidence? Does it make you smarter? Obviously not. Does it make you "cool"? Nope. Does it kiss you at night and tell you you're a wonderful person?
As far as bashing goes, a lot of people on the forum don't like my style of hair, but do you see me crying about it? No. Because I could care less about people's preferences. Obviously you care, which I find pretty humorous.
The "life isn't fair" comment was in response to your whining about "Alight this is completely unfair" comment. Guess that went right over your spiky head.
Also saying that once you see one mohawk you've seen them all is rediculous. Thats like saying once you see one painting you've seen them all. You can't just generalize a single group based on your own experience.
Are you actually comparing works of art to a hairstyle? The mohawk has a simple shape - a strip that sticks up. Paintings range in many different styles, textures, techniques, and concepts.
So you are saying you never generalize groups of people based on your experiences with them? Uh huh. Sure.
Its not being protective but if you want to see it that way then fine. I'm telling you a different point of view. your very condescending you know that.
Not being protective? The angry face emoticon said something different.
It's "you're" not "your". There's nothing condescending about replying to a moronic comment.

-_- There's no use in trying to get rid of my hair. It grows like mad while I sleep so the hair style with cancer concept is out for me.

I have a hard time believing that. Otherwise you wouldn't bother to spike it, ever. Of course that's not say I think there is anything wrong with feeling more comfortable with a specific hair style or what ever, but let's not kid ourselves here.
