A teriyaki marinade/sauce (for the teriyaki base, try to get a thicker marinade/sauce if you want it thicker)
Lemon juice
Lime juice
Minced garlic
Honey

Mix to taste. Try to balance out the sourness of the lemon and lime with the honey. Mix it up in a zip-loc bag, marinade chicken or beef for at least a couple hours in the fridge.

Then cook it up with some veggies, and throw in some extra of all the marinade ingredients to give flavor to the veggies and you've got a pretty good stir fry.

I would also throw some cayenne pepper into the recipe. I started doing that not long after I posted this.
