There was a local CBC report awhile back with the RCMP and the constable referred to them as "wangsters" (wannabe gangsters). As loathe as I am to endorse the RCMP, that was one of the best terms I've heard yet.

We had a huge discussion about Chavs on another board I frequent and you're right. While they are similarly silly people they are quite diffrent breeds.

I ran into a few I suspected while traveling about for Cirque, but only really studied them from videos and websites where they expose the most intimate details...or lack there of in thier lives.

Naw, maybe from visiting family or something like that or moved here and now realize they must conform to standards cause Chav type activity really wouldn't go over well.
