From what I can gather, its a sci-fi splatter flick (Heavy on the splatter) with some comedic touches thrown in. I think I may need this for my DVD collection.

I just got the disc Friday, and it's friggin' great. Now granted the effects range from shoddy to pretty darn good (and the blood letting is straight outta Shogun Assassin), but the action (read: violence) is so completely over-the-top that you can't help but laugh out loud.
Highly recommended!

It had better be good. It has quite the movie elite to live up to in regards to added mechanical body parts:

Planet Terror
Edward Penis hands (though not technically mechanical)

As far as low budgert indie films go, it kicks the livin' bejesus outta anything I've seen come from NA shores in a long time. Like I said, some of the effects are kinda shoddy but if you're willing to suspend disbelief and just go with it, that movie is a barn burner once the action kicks in. It's like a high end Troma film (before Troma turned to shit.)

Fucking amazing. If your a fan of plot-skimping over the top ridiculous action movies, this movie is amazing.

It's definitely a turn your brain off at the door type flick. The studio that did it has another filom being released on NA DVD soon called Tokyo Gore Police.
