Am ok cheers.had a bit of a setback mentally I guess I've shoved it way back and I tried to walk to my sister in laws where it happened and completely panicked when four guys turned up the walking path I turned and ran and called the husband in tears..I'm not happy about that but I guess that's normal after what happened..but I could beALOT worse off so I'm not complaining :)
