How can I stop receiving emails?

I get emails whenever anybody posts in any thread I have, and it drives me nuts. I read through the last one I received and clicked the link on the bottom that directed me to the settings page and I changed my settings so I would stop getting everything else, but couldn't find any for what I was looking for... Thanks!
