Why is that different from beans at any other time in the day, they taste perfectly fine and its a decent, small breakfast. Biscuits and gravy is fucking gross no matter what time you eat it. Bacon and sausage fat ontop of dry scones... yummy! Don't get me wrong, the British have fairly gross shit too like Black Pudding (dried pigs blood) but I just don't get this obsession in the States to eat THAT much first thing in the morning.

Also, another thing I really don't get about American breakfasts is this weird combination of sweet shit and savoury shit on the same plate. When I was in LA, I saw people in diners eating pancakes and syrup with bacon on the side, then they'd be smothering the bacon in the syrup before eating it. What the hell is that?! Those flavours don't go together, that's why dessert and dinner are two separate things!

I like beans. sometimes I make some baked beans with a egg in the morning but its also a great snack or when I am too lazy to cook proper.

the other thing I think I let the Americans deal with . sounds like something I would never see myself eating no matter how hungry I was.
