Currently listening to my old Trojan boxsets but I've also been listening to a lot of new stuff by Dub Cats (the reggae band formed by the late, great Paul Fox of The Ruts).

I'd buy all those numerous Trojan box sets if I had the money to do so....

I got the Trojan Skinhead Box Set of course; disc 3 is my favorite from it. The Boss Sounds and Northern Soul box sets first edition. I love the stuff that the Aggrolites are putting out these days as well as Streetlight and Deals Gone Bad. Personally I like most people I know think 3rd wave ska was just punk with trumpets. Oh and the slackers and pietasters.

I've always loved the sounds of Laurel Aitken, Coxsone Dodd, Prince Buster and of course, THE JUDGE! But for some reason 2-Tone ska gets me moving more than anything else. But I guess when it comes down to it, anything without distortion, a cracked out tempo or Rastafari will always have a place in my heart.

I really like rocksteady stuff Like Alton Ellis, Dandy Livingston. And I love chicks singing reggae too. Audrey's song You'll Lose a Good Thing is a real favourite of mine. Stranger Cole's duets with Patsy too.
