if you go through a pressing factory it can get to be pretty damn pricey! the going rate for a full press (packaging, cover, insert, dvd, shrink wrapped) is about $2.50 - $5.00 depending on how many you're getting pressed. I don't know about you - but that price to me sounds RIDICULOUS!
So here's what I do for all of my DVDs - it'll save you a BUTTLOAD of money and is more rewarding in the end...
To find the template for the different parts of the DVD case go to Google Images and type in "dvd insert template" and "dvd cover template". Use them in Photoshop to get the best result (duh). When you go to print them out...what I did was copy and paste the final image into Word and scale it down - make the margins as small as possible. At the copy shop, if printed out with the right proportion the size on the copier should be at 104% to make a cover that'll fit exactly into your cases (it took a lot of trial and error to figure that one out!).
For the inserts - same deal - just a matter of trial and error.
Cases - on eBay there's a seller that sells DVD cases by the 100 pack at about 19 cents each. Much cheaper than anywhere else I've ever seen...here's his link...

For the discs themselves - if you pay more than $1 per DVD without copyright protection you're getting ripped off hardcore...always get an estimate first and figure out how much it is per disc before you agree to anything.
For shipping supplies - check out esupplystore.com - they're cheap as shit.
So yeah, cutting and stuffing DVDs yourself is a huge pain in the ass, but it'll save you a TON of money and it gives you something to do haha!
