yeah... They're blind... but the still have imaginations. So I'm guessing they dream in images. Just different from what we see (depending on when they went blind like said in a previous post up there ^)

Finally can get that off my mind then.

yea i just wish he could draw, itd be cool to see what they think things look like. he tried to draw one time when he was high, but i really couldnt tell what it was. looked cool as hell though haha

It depends on when and how they lost their vision.

Adults who have lost their vision not through brain damage (damage to the eye or optic cord) report very vivid dreams.
