that guy really thinks he's Darby doesn't he?....is that a real panther tattoo on his sholder? The french guy at Headline Records recommended me to go check the "germs" out if I get the change, He said its a fun show to watch, so I'ma go check them out. I been hesitant to do that, but I respect that guys opinion. Have you guys seen the movie?

I have not seen it yet.

I saw the Germs with Shane on vocals. If you like the songs then you will except him doing the Darby act. He actually sings better than Darby,,, which is not to hard to do in the 1st place. I am sure you will like them....

I saw The Germs perform with Shane back in June 2007 at some dodgy club in Los Angeles. He was completely pissed, but put on a great show. Once you get over the whole "rebellious doctor on ER" bit he is easy to appreciate as a performer. He has a lot of energy and keeps in the spirit of Darby. He does put on a bit of an act, but i think it is mostly in the spirit of the Germs and regardless of his performance he has big expectations to fill for the classic LA punk scene and has to deal with so many taking the piss. I think he does a decent job and darby is not so much of a performer as he is a name.
I did however name my computer Darby. it seems to fit
