Tapatio is a gift from god.

I put it on just about everything hot... there isnt a better hot sauce out there.

My mother used to make me drink Tabasco as a kid whenever I cussed (and I cussed a lot). Now I can drink a bottle of that shit without flinching.

My favourite is El Yucateco (http://www.elyucateco.com/) Green Habanero. IT tastes great (is not just hot for the sake of hot), but certainly isn't for the timid either. If you haven't tried it, be careful--it sneaks up on you!
