I found this hoodie back when I worked maintance at a trailor park. (as sad as this is when people moved out we raided the places and kept pretty much anything of value... it's how I got most of my clothes lol) Anyway it's 2 small for me but i really wanna do something with it I'm just not sure what. I'm thinking if I cut the sleeves off I could make it into a hoodie vest, but it'd still be a little tight and I don't want to cut it all up and ruin it when i could give it to someone else.
Does anyone know if cutting of the sleeves would make it fit better?

Cutting off the sleeves probably won't work.
If it's 100% cotton, you could wash it in cold water, then instead of putting it in the dryer to dry, you could grab the sides of it and try stretching it out.
Another option would be to cut it down along the sides, then either add fabric to it make it larger or (as I've done a few time) safety pin it together and go for a distressed, post-apocalyptic look.

I like the safety-pin idea, I might go with that.

If mine don't fit I always make some cuts from the collar down, in the middle front. You'll get something like a v-neck but it works for me
