I grilled my leftover turkey and put it into a quesadilla, dipped it in some "ass kickin' hot sauce" and enjoyed my leftovers. What'd you do?

wow. thank you for reminding me i was hungry. i believe i will enjoy some thanksgiving leftovers. haha.

mashed potatoes are the reason i wake up every morning.

I obviously didn't do Thanksgiving and leftovers aren't are a common occurrence in my house being that I'm a greedy bugger and if the boyfriend is here, which is more often than not, there is definately NO chance of leftovers.

Although, if there's ever anything left from a roast chicken, I'll generally make a stock out of it and whip up a wee pot of soup, usually chicken noodle.
