Penn will be fighting "The Nightmare" Dieo Sanchez next month. It's gonna be a great fight. My GF and I saw Diego fight Clay Guida live in Vegas a little while back. He's really focused and on top of his game right now.

I am also looking forward to next saturday. Spike will be airing 3 hours of free live fights! Another excuse to BBQ and drink beer.

I under estimated him too until I saw him destroy Clay Guida...no easy task. BJ is a lazy bastard... he better come prepared.
