Anyone have a good pumpkin recipe? I've been craving it lately but I want something more than a pie.

Eat the seeds, but bake them first and add salt.

Hmmm, have you ever tried any other seasoning?

i like to spray them with that spray butter and use a bit of garlic powder on them, they toast up real nice.

cut the pumpkin in half, scoop out the gooeyness. into the hollowed out halves add a mixture of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. place two halves on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 till they are a golden brown and lightly singed. serve either as "bowls" filled with mousse or custard or cut into chunks and topped with honey glaze.
this also works really well with acorn squash.
