They unbeleivable society we live in as create a complete generation of super-moron baby boomers. I'm not saying their all bad, but i'm saying that there's a good majority of those ass-holes who think they rule the world just because they were here before us. Frustraded buraucrats who wants you to listen to good christian rock (and rock is a big word, especially when most of those peoples consider Nickelback as Heavy Metal music).
Spitting on the new gen. like we own them everything, those dictators from a different timeline spit on us in reaction to their elders spitting on them for their rock n roll. Two generation ago, they were fitting the comming of Elvis and the Beatles, wich were consider as the devil music by their predecessor. And while they were sitting in Woodstock, taking payotes like crazy, smoking ash naked in the mud, they decided they were not going to do the same mistakes as their parents did before. So they promote Elvis, the beatles and all their crap from the sixties who was back in the day hated by their seniors, and they start pushing their logic on us. Censors from left and right, trying to ban the little of what we have left of freedom of speech. Some of them (probably old school punks) tryied many times to open their eyes and show them as much reality and liberty as they could, but one day.... they became boomers themselves, and start censoring like their parents back in the day. The problem is once past the teenyears, the troop get smaller, and the ones who decide to becomes the censors instead of the censored, forgot about when they were mushing all night, running around trying to save the world. A little bit like a new non-smokers, who gets on the nerve of the smokers, just because he as a problem dealing with his things. It suddenly becomes "EVERYBODY'S" thing.(NO dumbass, it's your problem, you decide to quit, stop bugging the rest of us because your not strong enough to fight on you own)
And the wheel keeps on turning.
On a personal notes.... my son was over my place for Christmas last years, and he just got his 1st mp3 player. All happy, he wanted me to uploads some songs on it. He's at the age where he stops listening to other people's crap, and starts forging he's own views on musical style! So of course, i put some of MY stuff on it. (My band, some Ramones, the Sex Pistols, Rage Against the machine....etc), you know, the classics so he could forge is own opinion on music. When he ask me to put some R&B and Rap shit.... what do you think i did? At first, i was about to tell him it was crappy music (you cannont spell crap without rap), and then, i remember were i was comming from. The face of MY dad the first time that, thanks to me, he discovered "Berurier Noir" and "Banlieu Rouge".
So i upload some crap on his player, praying for him to discover one day, that rap wasent good. But i did'nt censor his ipod because i did'nt like it. Something a B.Boomer wouldve done without a doubt!
Remember this, the day you'll have to be the judge of someone else's taste. Remember the reaction of YOUR censors when you discovered Sex Pistols for the first time, and tought those guys were geniuses!
Peace out!

Locked behind the doors of the world's reality, i'm forced to accept the rules of others. And those rules unfortunatly don't come always from public faces of autorithy (Police, Boss, Guards), but most oftenly, comes from humans themselves. Too stoopid to break their own casts and get out of the box thinking : Hey... i'm gonna do something smart today. No, most of the slimes prefer to walk the walk, listen to good pop-radio, and not trying to question their very existence. "Why am i doing this?" should be the first question to anything you're about to do. Either it's following a path pre-drawn for you, or changing your hairstyle, it should never be about "what the others are doing", but about how you're guts are feeling about it. Are you angry at something.... ? fine with me.... but why? Because some radicalo-fascist told you you had to, or because you did your homework and figured out that you're getting F**** completely without noticing?
At a certain point, even rebelling can become a move to follow the group. And that's the point of my litlle wrath today! To some people, punk style became a fashion more than a state of mind. There's not really a fashion to the punk if you really think about it. What we look like on the outside is so NOT what "punk'ism" is all about.
Grab a kid in the street, good old three-apple punk out for the night, chatting on his cell-phone, and ask him what he stands for. Most of the time, you'll end-up with someone who's just trying to upset his parent's with a look that is associated with thugs, bums and criminals. What about the values behind the anarchy? The will to create mayhem is more than spay-painting "Punk's not Dead" on some overpass and begging for change at the mall. (what are you begging for anyway.... the money to get yourself the newest iphone???)
Where are the Jello Biafra and the Henry Rollins of my generation? The manifesto's for a world without rules, the muscicians who do to pass a message to the other ones.
An easy message from my point of view!
"WAKE UP"
Peace out!
