How do you put music / video on profile?

Even though my band is now on its last legs due to people in the band worried about their hearing and in general p*ssed off about there being no music scene in Devon UK. Can anyone tell me how to add music to my profile page so that people can hear it and go "that's rubbish mate I'm glad your band died on its arse!" P.S. I am not a happy bunny.

My stupid band!!

My stupid band is on the verge of breaking up! There is no punk scene where I live. Everyone in the band is p*ssed off and broke. I'm on the dole, all I need now is some hot girl to kick me in the nuts and it would be the sh*tty icing on the cake of what is a sh*tty day!!!

Still rubbish with computers

www.myspace.com/thedirtygrunts I have put the bands myspace page here because I am offically rubbish with computers! You can also see our videos on youtube if you type in THE DIRTY GRUNTS . Also as a subject matter is post punk still punk? I ask this because my band is more post punk than punk and I've had several arguments / friendly conversations with people on the street about this (they didn't know who I was or why this random stranger was talking about punk / post punk at them in a loud energetic manner and eventually I was told by the police to leave the neighbourhood) so I thought I would let you lot decide instead as the people in cyberspace are a lot friendlier than the people you meet in real life Tatty Bye!
