Now I usually don't do this-My hobby is roads, and I participate in a USENET group that deals with that-misc.transport.road. Now I know the lot of you prolly give three shits about that sort of thing, and that's all right.

But I've been having a bit of fun in a flamewar with one asshole. The dude is a total cunt out of the bag in any event; his sick fucking racist views put him over the edge. I call him Roadsine Randy, because he's a D.O.T. wannabe: He doesn't take pictures of signs, like I've been known to do, he draws roadsigns. Whatever. Hardly anyone has seen these things, but I'm told by other Roadgeeks that he carries them about in a big portfolio. Multiple people have offered to scan them and post them on the web, but Roadsine Randy has declined the offer.

Roadsine Randy, is at first glance, a fucking 'liberal' with all the tired bullshit that entails; and he hates all the things that 'liberals' hate, and more. He also hates heavy lorries and articulateds(Semitrailers) with a passion. He hates George W(MD) Bush(big surprise there), Wal*Mart, the War in Iraq, and so on. And like any other 'liberal', he's always right.

Now, mind you, I'm not conservative by any stretch of the rope, but I'm not a fucking puke 'liberal', either. I like to make up my mind about shit myself, without anybody telling me how they think things should be. Honestly, I don't care about your politics-be whatever you think is right for you to be. I respect a person's point of view, even if I disagree with it, as long as the respect my right to hold the views I do. I'm all for civilised debate and exchange of ideas; I never know, I might learn something.

Okay now that that's all set up: here's the deal. Someone posts about a road accident involving lorries on a freeway. People talk about shit like road safety, and design and accident prevention. Then Roadsine Randy chimes in with his bullshit about Lorry Drivers: They're unsafe and irresponsible and so on. One guy on the group starts pulling his chain: Adam. Roadsine Randy hates Adam with a passion, because Adam is a conservative. So olde Randy starts going off on all sorts of tangents about Bush and Iraq and how the roads are underfunded because of Bush/Iraq-which is pure bullshit, and Adam just plays him like a fucking fiddle. I personally know Adam, BTW, and he's a nice guy, but he does love to fuck with people-if they act stupid.

Well Randy goes on and on, adding Wal*Mart into the mix, and it becomes apparent that he's pulling shit out of his arse, and in Randy's inimitable style, when he gets called on his bullshit, he starts with the verbal abuse-which just gets old Adam going even more. Well that's when I jump in. Basically, I tell Randy that he's not getting anywhere and that Adam is fucking with him. Straight up. Adam doesn't care, because he'll admit to it himself. Of course, Randy ignores him, and continues his shit. So I start in calling Randy's bullshit. Now I'd describe Adam as being a little mischievous-impish, if you will, and even if you won't. I, on the other hand have a real dislike for stupidity, and no love for anyone who substitutes talking points for thinking. I'm genuinely mean. Nobody debates politics with me on MTR because I go for blood and get it. Guess it's the Skinhead in me.

Randy goes on and on with his bullshit; and starts spewing some puke about 'The Criminal Corrupt Military'. Now hold it right the fuck there: I don't care where you stand on the war, the military is not making the policy. I also happen to know a few people in the service, I may not agree with their reasons for getting involved with the situation, but the people I've talked to are doing what they think is right. You have to respect that. I was in the Navy, and don't regret it, even now. I still feel that people in the military are my colleagues, even to this day.

So natch, I hammar Roadsine Randy on that. Fuck him. He starts getting confused and contradicting himself, and I call him on that. One minute he's puking about the EVIL MILITARY, the next crying about the poor boys at Walter Reed. He can't have it both ways. In the course of things, he demonstrates he doesn't know shit from Shinola, and is going to tell me. I don't think so.

Well, I mentioned that I know a few Skins in service, and Roadsine says that they better not call themselves Skinheads or they're going to turn into Timothy McVeigh. Well that's getting personal, so I inform the cunt that little Terroriste Timmy wasn't a Skinhead, at least not that I know of. Then it starts coming out: Roadsine is convinced that all Skins are Nazis. I inform him otherwise, and he ignores that; I tell him that I'm a Skinhead, and I'm sure as hell not a Nazi, and am subsequently ignored. He keeps puking his shit, and says that bikers are Nazis/Racists, too.

Well that's all well and good, except that Roadsine's claim to fame ain't his drawerelings of Roadsines, it's that he's one of USENET's many racist kooks-so one one hand he's bitching about people who aren't necessarily racists, while being a racist himself. So that's a bit of fun, innit? I point out that I don't really have any problem with anyone regardless of level of melanin enhancement, and enjoy Jamaican and Mexican and whatever culture is about.

That's when Roadsine's true colours start showing. All the 'liberal' shit goes south, and his virulent hatred of the blacks surfaces. He goes from Air America to Stormfront real quick. Of course, I like that and proceed to kick him in the slats and be real rude. Because I fucking hate racists. The fucker is all about the 'svartzies' this and that, like he's teaching me a new word. I bounce it back at him. The proper term is 'Schvartzers' and it's Yiddish for 'Blacks'. Shit he even fails as a racist. Then he drags out shit about looting in the blackout of 77, and how 'My favourite people' are ruining the Newark, NJ schools. So I tell him I didn't know that Newark Schools were being run by Punks and Skins. Talk about yr Rock N' Roll High School! Then I break out a parade of Noble White People: Hitler, Stalin, Atilla the Hun. Let's see his stupid ass try to figure that one out! Shit, Hitler and Stalin prolly killed more people before breakfast than any gang of black hoodlums ever thought of. Is that a basis to judge a race of people by? Hell fucking no. I operate on the assumption that good and evil aren't restricted to colour. I treat the people I meet accordingly. But Roadsine Randy is old and stupid, and has been all his life. He won't change. But he does serve as a nice example.
