My new boyfriend at the gym

Is my new trainer! He made me do things to my body I have not done ever. My legs are shaking, my abs are screaming and my arms yes they are mother fucking twitching. 1.5 hours of glorious fat burning workout. I did lunges, basketball drills, sprints, squats, hammer curls, dead lifts, flys, frankensteins and 10 minutes of situps on a incline bench. Of course I wore a thermal under my hoodie. I was sweating like a whore in church. I am really sick since I can't wait to go back:)
Now he wants me to do 4 days of 2 hour cardio but split up my cardio. Also he want me to do abs every day at least 400 situps.

The Dwarves
Scolari's tomorrow night

A few of us are heading to Scolari's tomorrow (Sunday) to hangout. My son is on vacation and I can actually go out on a work night:) I have had this entire past week off. I spent it at the gym every morning. Went to see The Bodies exhibit in La Jolla. It was amazing to say the least. I bought a small skeleton for my computer desk at the exhibit. It is nice to not work for 9 days. I need to play the lottery more working is fucking over rated!

Hell Fire in San Diego

The past few days have been fucking surreal.
I never thought I would see my home town on National TV with Katy Couric. My whole family was evacuated. My friends have lost everything they own. My parents almost lost their house by 300 feet. Thankfully the firefighters saved them for losing everything they own. These past few days have felt like hell. I will post pictures once they let people back into the hell zone. It is pretty depressing.

Today I am 35....

I turned 35 today. I am suprised I have made it this far. I am so damn happy I have a lot of great people in my life. I may sound mushy but I feel lucky. I wish my best friend Jaron was still alive to celebrate with me. I know he is in his own way.
Tonight is thai food with a handful of friends & family. Saturday is Disneyland:) Life is too damn short not to live it to the fullest.
