| we were totally bored of being in shitty little punk bands, playing punk gigs, in front of a punk audience with 30 other shit bands all playing the same formula etc etc... we decided to do covers of classic punk songs and take it to a wider audience that isn't 'safe'. So we do our shit to bikers, casuals, hooligans, anarchists, skins, chavs, scooterists, etc in some of the roughest dives and get paid as well!!! at the end of the day we all want to get pissed on a friday night and sing along to the best tunes ever written... |

| In England it means... a rip off merchant,... thief,... low life,... cheat... and also a west indian dance style associated with ska music of the 60's (think "easy skanking" by Bob Marley and the Wailers).
In America I understand it means something a bit different??... Like the Pop Group once said "We Are All Prostitutes"!!! |
