me and my freinds got sick of all these bullshit jazz bands in our town so we went out and made a fucking punk rock band.

Sadly my first band broke up (R.I.P. free radicals) and we dont really see eachother so i still had to get my songs out and support the scene, so i got my close freind shane to play drums and help me with our new band. So the Pit Rats were born.

Recently my old friend Randy moved back to town with his friend Deven. They Deven is an amazing Songwriter and Randy is an amatur rapper who goes by the name "Pornstar" and has been featuring in a couple little show with us and is going to help us out with our demo "In the gutter of America" Be sure to check it out sometime this october.

rancid, gbh, the casualties, the velisha, the krum bums, the prisoners...we have hung out with all these bands and more, but they always tell us we are gonna be really good. so we get all pumped up. exept gbh, they just said "hey kid with the hair, want a beer?" cheers gbh

those bands have really shaped the way i play and write songs, but a big influence right now is punkrockers very own Sedated and Canyon City's "Death Punch" i met Ike like 45 min before their show and talked to him after. These bands show me that anyone can get out there and tour. Also the guitarist for death punch is sick in the pit. Bottoms up to them.

A new band i have been talking to is hellcat record's "Static Thought" who we have been doing covers of alot right now. Thanks eric for the tips and lyrics.

The Pit Rats, Me and shane went down south and saw the adolescents and fear and some other bands and we thrashed up the pits. So later we were talking about band names and Shane just said "Our songs are good for circle pits right? And we love circle pits right? We should be The Pit Rats, so thats my new band.

Check us out if we play in your town. WE have been playing alot locally cuz we dont have a good scource of transportation. But we plan to play at the CYC soon in fresno and are trying to get Static Thought to play after us.

I have been working on a US tour to get out there with the krum bums. It may be possible sometime next spring.

I got this really old guitar that my dad gave me, an epiphone sg, and this shit guitar i found in a dumpster.

Mayson got this bass from an old freind of mine, but he moved to mexico so its ours now. But when the band broke up he stole it from me so we got no bass..

My drumset is a set that we have been working on over the years. I bought it from this kid next door for $240. It started sounding like a dieing cow, but it sounds alright now.

And we have lots of mics we got from my grampa's old tv studio. Free gear is the best.
